Our property in La Guácima, Costa Rica, consists of four buildings ideal for yoga studios, martial arts, small businesses, and guest accommodations. The site is 3300 m2, with over 620 m2 of interior space (over 800 m2 built space).
It includes

a large studio, currently used for martial arts,

a sports bodega, currently with a volleyball and basketball court, and

a two-level, four bedroom house, looking out over the forest.
The property borders protected forests in a river reserve, and has ample parking. It is located 400m south of the entrance to Hacienda Los Reyes: one of the largest, most prestigious developments in the area.
OPTIONS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
The space is available for rent or for sale.
Rent the property. If you would like to rent the entire property, you can use or sub-lease portions of it as you need. For example, you can (a) live in the property's 4-bedroom house or rent it out, and/or (b) rent out part or all of other buildings for other businesses.
Rent a studio or office for your business. If you are just looking for a space for your business, we have many options. You can rent the portion of the space you need (martial arts, sports, etc.). This this case, there is one caveat though: the new uses would need to be compatible with our current, part-time use of the space as a family-friending community center, CEA.
If purchased, the new owner can use it as is or develop it further: the area is zoned for high-density residential, with mixed-use for small businesses. There is ample open space for development.
